As a local, 3rd generation family owned and operated Destination Management Company we are dedicated to providing a memorable experience to groups who visit the Hampton Roads area.

Established in 1978 by Marjorie Phillips Mace and operated today by her daughter in-law, Anne Phillips, DMCP, and her granddaughter, Brooke Phillips Garrett, we pride ourselves on our outstanding reputation and valued vendor relationships established throughout the years.

Whether you are planning the spouse programs during a senior management meeting, shore excursions for passengers on a luxury cruise ship, off-site events for a conference group or an entire week of events for a military reunion, Phillips DMC knows what it takes to assist you in planning a truly unforgettable experience for your group.
